CENTRAL POWERED VACUUM & PRESSURE CONVEYING SYSTEMS
Pneu-Con offers complete Central Powered Conveying Systems to transport material from one or more source locations to a single station or multiple use destinations. These systems are designed to handle a broad range of rates depending on your applications, utilizing one or multiple blower packages and a dedicated control panel.
POWDER RECEIVERS
Pneu-Con Powder Receivers may be an integral part of a Central Powered Conveying System. Our standard Powder Receiver design incorporates a uniquely simple Dump Valve Assembly. The Dump Valve’s flap will open automatically allowing the receiver to discharge. Optional discharge methods include air operated gates and rotary valves. The Rotary valve can operate on a continuous basis or by batch. Receivers are available in spun & welded aluminum, 304 stainless steel or mild carbon steel construction, available with standard mill finishes, enamel paint or special sanitary specifications. Filtration is achieved with pleated-media cartridges available in a variety of lengths and/or filter media. Pneu-Con's Vibra-Pulse™ filter-cleaning system automatically cleans cartridge filters on-line and/or off-line. AUGER FILLER CONVEYING SYSTEM

KEDS™ KINETIC ENERGY DISSIPATION SYSTEM
The Pneu-Con KEDS™ System is designed to reduce product and receiver impact damage. Using conventional conveying systems, the product travels at high velocities. As the product reaches the receiver, terminal velocity is suddenly reduced, resulting in damage to the product or system components. The operating principle of the KEDS™ is to introduce a counter-flow air stream into the conveying line, thereby gently reducing the conveying velocity so that the product merely free-falls softly into the receiver. KEDS™ can be delivered as a complete conveying system or incorporated into your existing conveying system. BLOWER PACKAGES
Pneu-Con offers a wide range of vacuum power units to suit your particular conveying requirements. Motors are available in energy efficient TEFC as well as explosion proof rated and inverter duty models. Direct drive units or belt driven units include, mounting base, silencers, drive guards, relief valves and gauges.
PUSH-PULL-PACK CONVEYING SYSTEMS
“PUSH-PULL-PACK” conveying systems are designed for high rates, long conveying. Standard units (up to 200HP) use one or two motors and two positive displacement blowers, one for vacuum and one for pressure. Push-Pull-Packs are designed to convey powders, granules or pellets.
SYSTEM CONTROLS
Pneu-Con PLC based controls, meet the requirements of virtually any conveying system. Dust tight enclosures (NEMA 12) are standard for all Pneu-Con System Controls. Enclosures for other environments are optional.
BAG DUMP STATION
Pneu-Con offers a complete line of Bag Dump Stations with optional self-contained dust collection systems, rotary airlocks, take-off boxes or conveying adapters to feed material into a conveying line. Bag Dumps are available in aluminum, 304 stainless steel or mild carbon steel construction including sanitary designs.
TILT-TABLE STATIONS
Pneu-Con’s line of drum and gaylord Tilt-Table Stations provide constant material flow into a pick up lance. Tilt Table Stations are compressed air operated and many include a pick-up probe holder and a mechanical safety locking system. Optional vibrator is also available.
WEIGH HOPPERS – BATCHERS
Pneu-Con offers a system designed to convey single or multiple materials into a weigh hopper in pre-programmed batch sizes. Weigh hoppers can vary in size to satisfy batching requirements.

WHISPER® LOADERS™ AND POWDER LOADERS
Pneu-Con Whisper® Loader™ packages are complete self-contained material-loading systems with an integral brush or brushless motor/fan (vacuum source), providing efficient and economical operation with minimal maintenance and downtime. Whisper® Loaders™ are shipped ready-to-run requiring minimal set-up. Powder Whisper® Loaders™ provide dust-free handling of fine and difficult to handle powders. Every Pneu-Con Powder Whisper® Loader™ comes complete with a continuous automatic Vibra-Pulse™ filter cleaning system. PNEU-CON VENTURI LOADERS
Venturi loaders use compressed air through a venturi to generate the vacuum, in order to convey product. The highly efficient venturi draws material from drums, bins or gaylords, into the receiving hopper. Standard voltage is 120VAC/1Ø/60Hz. 240VAC/1Ø/50-60Hz is available as an option. Units are available with spun aluminum construction, stainless steel or painted carbon steel, sanitary and abrasion-resistant design options. COFFEE CONVEYING SYSTEM
The Pneu-Con Coffee Conveying System provides the flexibility to transfer green, whole bean and ground coffee, through processing phases including storage and packaging. Pneu-Con’s proven self-contained Whisper® Loader™ line with ancillary equipment result in a COMPLETE system that affords ease of operation, quality control and low maintenance. The Pneu-Con Whisper-Clean™ Fines Separator cleans product by separating dust from granular product. The Whisper-Clean™ offers a variety of loading systems from self-contained to central-powered. The Whisper Clean™ Fines Separator utilizes a reverse airflow to product flow to separate dust and fines from the finished product. Finished product and fines can be delivered to a number of locations depending on your process.
DRYERS
The Rapid-Dry™ System accelerates the material drying process and provides a more consistent drying method. The Rapid-Dry™ System circulates and re-circulates material on a pre-programmed timed interval. This enables material to constantly pass through the optimum drying regions of the drying hopper. An added benefit to this system is the ability to use a smaller capacity hopper.
ONE SHOT LOADER
Just-In-Time Series The Pneu-Con One Shot Loader provides economical and efficient machine loading. Utilizes a compressed air powered venturi pick-up lance. Delivers one shot per cycle reducing residence time. The One Shot Loader removes the drying hopper from the injection molding machine, allowing for quick material changes and machine start-up.
