Pneu-Con offers a complete line of Bag Dump Stations with optional Self-contained Dust Collection Systems, Rotary Airlocks, Take-Off Boxes or Conveying Adapters to feed material into a conveying line.

Key Features

• Available with or without dust containment/collection systems.
• Standard Aluminum and T304 Stainless Steel construction (other materials available upon request).
• 60 degree Pyramid Hopper
• 1/4” by 1-1/2” Grid Bars (removable) with interlocking proximity switch.
• Flanged outlet for receiving either a rotary airlock or pneumatic conveying takeoff box.

Additional features for Self-Contained Models

• Dust Collector module with 110 square feet filter area (10 pleated filter cartridges).
• Automatic pulse filter cleaning system, complete with dual headers, pulse bottles and solenoids.
• 1,000 CFM Blower Package, complete with 3 HP, 230/460/3/60 TEFC motor.
• NEMA 12 Control Panel with manual starter, 120 VAC transformer, fuses, heaters and filter pulse control system.
• Unit comes pre-assembled.
• Requires 5.5 SCFM of compressed air at 80 PSI and 230/460/3/60 power.
