Pneu-Con Powder Receivers are constructed from spun aluminum, stainless steel or carbon steel. Abrasion-resistant design options are available upon request.

Every Pneu-Con Powder Receiver comes complete with a continuous automatic pulse-jet cleaning system. During a timed cycle, a burst of compressed air (or pulse jet) is directed down through the top of the cartridge filter element. This induces clean airflow into the filter, setting up a pneumatic shock wave inside the element. The filtered airflow is momentarily halted, and the media is firmly flexed, causing accumulated dust particles to drop from between the pleats into the hopper.

Since only one row of filter elements is cleaned at a time, there is no interruption of airflow through the system.
