Bag Dump Station
Pneu-Con offers a complete line of Bag Dump Stations with optional self-contained dust collection systems, rotary airlocks, take-off boxes, or convey adapters to feed material into a conveying line. Bag Dumps are available in aluminum, 304 stainless steel , or mild carbon steel construction including food-grade sanitary designs. Pneu-con also engineers and manufactures complete pneumatic conveying systems to incorporate with the Bag Dump Stations.
Blower Packages
Custom-designed and engineered vacuum and pressure blowers that provide the correct amount of CFM of airflow required to pick up and convey any type of dry bulk product. Pneu-Con’s positive displacement blower packages combine the most efficient air source available with low maintenance.
Belt-drive for optimal system sizing, our blower packages are individually designed with the proper cubic feet-per-minute (CPFM) of airflow for conveying a specific material. We analyze and model every application to assist us in recommending the correct power source.
Blower Protection Filters
Blower Protection filters are made for in-line protection of vacuum pumps. These filters are placed on the front end of inlet vacuum.
Bottom Load Filters
Cartridge filters with PTFE (Teflon) film-laminated media, High-temperature rated media. For bottom or side access mounting applications.
Control Panels
Pneu-Con offers a complete series of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) to automate most pneumatic conveying systems. Pneu-Con’s control panels are housed in NEMA 1-rated enclosures with hinged access door and configured for 120VAC/01/60Hz standard. 240VDC/01 and other electrical power options are available.

Custom Hopper Covers
Custom hopper covers are designed to fit Pellet and Powder loaders to open top hoppers. They are fabricated to fit any shape of open-top hopper and have integrated loader mounting as well as a breather filter to vent the system.

– General purpose welded elbows are available in various line sizes, radii, and metal materials.
Flat Filters
Flat filters available in plain felt configurations as well as coated with PTFE (Teflon) film-laminated media, High-temperature rated media, Dairy/Food-grade applications.
Flex Hoses
PVC flexible hose with integrated ground wire. Complies with USDA and FDA standards. Suitable for all types of applications between -4 and 150 degrees Fahrenheit.
