Custom Hopper Covers
Custom hopper covers are designed to fit Pellet and Powder loaders to open top hoppers. They are fabricated to fit any shape of open-top hopper and have integrated loader mounting as well as a breather filter to vent the system.
Pellet / Powder Receivers
Pneu-Con Pellet / Powder receivers are an integral part of any central-powered vacuum conveying system. Our standard receivers incorporate a uniquely simple automatic combination dump valve assembly attached to the mounting flanger. The dump valve’s flap will open automatically based on either the level of material in the affluent vessel or will close under vacuum condition. Receivers come standard configuration or custom designed to customer specifications and need. Available in spun and welded aluminum, 304 stainless steel or mild carbon steel construction with standard “Mill” finishes. Filtration is achieved with pleated media cartridges or flat filters. Receivers can automatically clean the cartridges (online or offline) with Pneu-Con’s optional proprietary Vibra Pulse pulse-jet cleaning system to keep filters clear of accumulated dust.
