Warranty & Replacement Parts

Maintain your pneumatic conveying system for best performance.

Preventive Maintenance Ensures Maximum Conveying Efficiency
Pneumatic conveying has many advantages, including the absence of mechanical parts that produce wear and tear on your equipment. This allows for truly simple maintenance on your equipment like:
  • Replacing the filters and gaskets regularly for maximum efficiency
  • Monitor motors for overuse
  • Check tubing for aging or friction-related wear
Preventive maintenance ensures you can count on years and years of service life when you stay current on replacing worn parts. Knowing how long our equipment lasts, we never discontinue replacement parts.
To help our customers keep their Pneu-Con systems performing at their very best, we carry a full line of replacement parts, filters, motors, accessories, and other items.

Recommended Spare Parts Replacement Schedule

Part / Accessory Where Used Suggested Replacement Frequency Severity of Failure Consequences of Failure
Vacuum motorsUsed in self-contained vacuum loaders (aka Whisper Loaders).Motors should be replaced every 3-6 months or 1500 hours of use, whichever comes first.HIGHSystem down until replaced
Cartridge filtersUsed in PR receivers and whisper loader receives Bag dump stations, bin vent filters.Catridge filters should be replaced every 30-60 days. More aggressive material may be required to be changed more frequently.HIGHAn overly used filter will wear down and loose filtration efficiency. This can cause product to leak in to the motor causing the motor to fail prematurely. On the central powered systems fires have been started at the blower package. Severe cloggage of a filter can result in the inability to pull any product through the lines.
"Flat" filtersUsed in VP receivers and Whisper Loaders.Flat filters should be replaced every 60-90 days. More aggressive material may be required to be changed more frequently.MEDIUMAn overly used filter reduces air flow which reduces your overall capacity and – in systems with integrated vacuums -- shortens the life of system motor.
Self-contained loader retrofit kitDiscontinuation of Motors with brushless motor for SC2000s and SC2500s (models pre-2019).Motors should be replaced every 3-6 months of use.HIGHSystem down until replaced.
Proximity switchAll loaders and receivers with flapper discharge.Consider back ups to keep you from going down should one get broken or wet.HIGHSystem down until replaced.
Flex tubing and hosesAll loaders and receivers.Every 9-12-months depending on operating environment.MEDIUMOld tubing will eventually crack, reducing throughput capacity.
GasketsUsed in receivers, self-contained loaders.Replace every 3-6 months. A cracked or worn gasket will reduction in vacuum due to cracking. Keep several spares in stock and replace as necessary.MEDIUMReduction in throughput capacity.
White GasketsUsed in receivers, self-contained loaders, portable feed bin hoppers with lids, bag dumps, access doors on receivers.Replace every 3-6 months. A cracked or worn gasket will reduction in vacuum due to cracking. Keep a spare or two in stock and replace as necessary.MEDIUMReduction in throughput capacity.
White Actuator Disk and assemblyVacuum control and vacuum breaker valves in central powered systems.Typically annually. Inspect quarterly for excess wear. Keep a spare in stock.HIGHSystem down until replaced.
Pulse valve and solenoidReceiver, Loaders, Bin-vents, Bag dump stations .Keep a spare or two in stock and replace as necessary.MEDIUMNot pulsing filters will cause build up in material on the filter area and loss of airflow affecting performance.
Non-VS Panel RelaysAll non-VS loaders.Consider back ups to keep you from going down.HIGHSystem down until replaced.
